Oreo flavor ice-cream is also leading the list. For this-2 Oreo biscuits are mixed with caramel chocolate milk at 45 degrees on the griddle ( Tawaa). Then complete backed mixture is served as a roll. The preparation technique of this kind of ice-cream is fascinating for people to watch.
Ice-cream With Real Fruit
This ice cream is full of surprising taste. In this you gonna have ice-cream in the form of – freeze real fruit with the filling of ‘Rabdi’ paste. This experimenting is being popular as ice-cream cafe owner Pankaj Sharma says- ‘this ice-creme experiment has been invited to “Ahmedabad ice-cream Fest” also. It is available with Mango, Apple, Orange and Chiku flavors. Its daily sale is up to 160 orders per day and its increasing day by day.’ It costs Rs 50-100/-.

After the population of Mumbai, Delhi, and Ahmedabad, Indorians are tempting towards this. This instant ice-cream is prepared with liquid nitrogen on the concept of the live kitchen. Nitrogen Ice-creme is known as the smoothest ice-creme of the world. You can enjoy- Shahi Gulaab, Paan, Orange, mix fruit, Gulab jamun and Rasgulla flavor with this ice-cream.
Kulfi Ka Kamaal
