Worst Company to work with. Don't pay for your effeort

I worked for this company as a freelance Graphic Designer for a Laundry App Screen project. Me, Mayank Aggarwal (Company Owner) and Mr. Mayank Nagpure (Project Manager) have decided a cost Rs 200/- per screen for design only and started my work. After reference sample with client, creating too many samples and lots of rework we have finalized a design. I asked them for some advanced payment to start my work but they you have to share slicing for all icons and image in 5 different size that was not in work scope but i said okay i will do. I shared all icons and image slicing and again asked for payment, Mayank Nagpure reply me that please do not worry about the payment. When the project half done, i again asked Mayank Nagpure for payment and as per our decided cost total payment till that time was Rs. 3000 only. He paid me only Rs. 1000 and asked me the my Finance person is not in office. I stop working for this project because of payment. After few days her called for another project, Me, Mayank Aggarwal and Mayank Nagpure have decide a cost Rs. 1000 for that project. This time i asked him to pay in advanced and he paid 500 in advance and i did the work. When i finish my job and share files with him and asked for payment he said you task is not done you have resize all icons and images in 5 different sized that was not discussed before work i said either give me more money or i will not do this job. He did not reply.
After that day i am following them but they not replying and not ready to pay my full payment. They are saying that they will pay only half payment and i have to start my work again. As per internal Feedback their employees also saying the same that they did this with many freelancer. They hire freelancer and not pay them.
